A purpose of work is development of theoretical methodologicalpositions of forming of mechanism of management and directions of the rational use of human resources of Ukraine human potential at the present terms of development of demographic tendencies and potential influence of eurointegration processes. A research method is an analysis of the scientific going near determination and estimation of quality of human potential, their evolution, dominant descriptions, methodology and substantive provisions of research; establishment of key elements and factors of recreation and development of human potential; estimation of the modern state and progress of human potential of Ukraine trends; generalization of the system of adjusting of standard of living of population and management human potential; development of descriptions and norms of forming of human potential; an estimation of role, place and influence of eurointegration processes is on human potential of Ukraine; an analysis of demographic backlogs of recreation of human potential is that development of recommendations of perfection of demographic policy of Ukraine; development of practical recommendations of application of research results is at development of plans of socio-economic development of territories, activity of managements of labour and social defence of population. The analysis of existent scientific approaches is conducted in determination of estimation of quality of human potential and evolution of his forming in the system of component descriptions. Certainly component elements and factors of providing of necessary level of human potential. The state and dynamics of development of human potential of Ukraine is appraised. The systems of adjusting of standard of living of population and management human potential are analysed and classified. Normative descriptions of providing of high level of human potential are offered. At the level of hypothesis certainly influence of eurointegration processes is on development of human potential of Ukraine. Recommendations are developed in relation to the improvement of demographic policy of Ukraine on the basis of backlogs of natural and mechanical motion of population with the simultaneous account of present administrative instruments and regulator possibilities of public authorities. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object - the carried out project shows by itself the effective way of acquisition of scientific teoretizovanikh and practical professional knowledges and skills in the area of management human potential on the basis of key determinant of demographic recreation and high-quality perfection as a result of integration in European economic and social space and unique space of motion of labour force.
