The article of research is about the constructions of natural intellectual systems, based on the nonlinear dynamic automatic systems, overcame by feed-backs. A purpose of the article is determination of system properties of natural intellectual constructions. Research methods - interdisciplinary designer system analysis within the framework of single theory of construction of the adaptive automatic systems. Problems in the field of fundamental sciences are related to the absence of designer system analysis of enormous base of experimental information.
