The developed approach allows by computer to determine and explore influence of the MM FMT parameters on the FMT reliability indexes and decide the task of adjustment of control cycle after the criterion of minimum charges on metrological service, at limitations on reliability indexes. The use of complex of models allows in the conversational mode of workstation of metrolog to decide the tasks of optimization parameters of the MM FMT system.
