The thermal analysis of samples of high-chromium cast-iron of 28Х32Н3Ф and heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy "nikorim" is carried out. Phase transformations of heat-resistant high-chromium cast-iron 28Х32Н3Ф and heat-resistant nickel-chromium alloy "nikorim" is carried out on a high temperature differential thermal analyzer. Liquidus and solidus temperatures for the nickel-chromium alloy - "nikorim" and for white high-chromium cast iron 28Х32Н3Ф are determined. The phase composition of experimental alloys is studied by the method of X-Ray phase analysis. The technological parameters of melting, production of casting form are worked. The structure, phase composition, hardness, microhardness of structural components of samples of high-chromium cast-iron after the optimum regimes of heat treatment is studied. Technology of high yield rolling instrument production, technological instruction on production of mandrels of the automatic states of plant "350" is developed. The methods of application of television pyrometer are developed for control of temperature in technologies of new wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloys production and researches of the high temperature fields and basic descriptions of television facilities of measuring of temperature. The tests on wear-resistance of high-chromium cast-iron 28Х32Н3Ф in the cast state and after the optimum regimes of heat treatment are carried out. It is shown that loss of samples mass, regardless of state, with the increase of experiment time from 20 to 100 minutes grows; the relative impact-abrasive wear-resistance grows also, and intensity of wear decreases. The maximal indexes of wear-resistance are observed after heat treatment on beinite after the regime: Taust=1050°C and taust=1 hour, Tizot=350°C ( tizot=3 by hours), minimum - in the poured state. A test on impact-abrasive wear results in the changes of mikrohardness of products of disintegration of austenite and hardness of the studied samples both in cast and the heat treated states. In the process of tests the strengthening of samples is present. The maximal increase of hardness is observed in samples with a bainite matrix (63 HRC). The correction of technology of rolling instrument receiving of from the new economy alloyed wear-resistant heat-resistant alloys is carried out. The offered bainite heat treatment of rolling instrument from the economy alloyed alloys provides the increase of mechanical and operating properties (hardness - 55 HRC; intensity of wear of 0,810-3 g/min.; increase of operating firmness - in 1,5 - 2 times). For the receiving of maximal hardness and wear-resistance of details from high-chromium cast iron with content of chrome 30 - 35% in industrial conditions is recommended heat treatment which includes austenisatoin at the temperature of 1050°C with next isothermal soaking in the intermediate area of temperatures (350°C). Due to the use of the economy alloyed wear-resistance and heat-resistance alloys and developed technology of production of rolling instrument the economy due to diminishing of nickel content on 2,5% and chrome - on 14% is got.
