Karazin popup.description2 Objects of investigation - the synthetic nitrogen- and oxygen-containing heterocyclic dyes, which are able to chemical transformations into luminescent species of different nature in their excited states. The aim of the work is creation of new organic fluorophores and chemiluminogens for investiga-tions of biological objects in biophysics and medicine. Attempts of the practical using results obtained in previous stages of the research work, the use of chemiluminescent properties of acridiniumcarboxylic acid derivatives, as well as chromone and pyronochromone derivatives having excited-state intramolecular proton transfer, have been carried out. It is shown that chemiluminescent method of the antioxidant activity estimation may be used not only for the analysis of vegetable and animal extracts, pharmaceutical drugs and food additives, but also for complex biochemical systems as blood and semen plasma. The method was used for estima-tion of ozonotherapy influence on human and rat organism, as well as for diagnostics of man infertil-ity. The estimation of possible use of chromone and pyranochromone (flavonols and diflavonols) as cell fluorescent probes was made. The sensitivity of spectral parameters of these dyes in large range of medium polarities and in the presence of proton donating and proton accepting environments was in-vestigated. The experiments showed that flavonols and diflavonols cannot be used as ratiomatric probes for single cells and in cell colonies, however the use of these dyes for fluorescent microscopy is quite pos-sible.
