The investigations of the mechanical action of the laser beams focused on the small solid particles, which were carried out earlier by the authors of the project, were the basis of the work. The effective methods of maintenance and transfer of the captured particles in the vacuum, gas and liquid environment were developed in the project. The parameters of the laser field and the optical scheme for the creation of the necessary spatial distribution of the laser field were optimized. The schemes of the holographic masks for the creation of complex profiles of the laser beams were worked out by the modern controlled spatial modulators of the light field phase. It is anticipated that the low-cost holographic correctors based on photo-polymer material will be used. The manipulation of the captured particles is realized by the methods of the dynamic holography. The original algorithms of calculation were used. The micromanipulator developed can be used in biology and medicine, nanophysics and other fields of the basic and applied science as well as in the teaching process of physical, chemical, biological specialties in the universities.
