Purpose of work: introduction of modern methods, manners and matter of studies in practice of teaching of foreign languages. Research methods: approach of the systems, comparative analysis, scientific methods of cognition (dialectical method and method of multicriterion analysis of the systems, retrospective analysis, method of analysis and synthesis, economical statistic and graphic methods. Basic mechanisms and levers of influence of modern methods, manners and matter of studies were certain as basic factors of optimization and stimulation of process of teaching of foreign languages. Problem, interactive methods are investigational, technologies of studies in a collaboration. The prominent line of all of these technologies are studied on the basis of the personality oriented co-operation of subjects of pedagogical process. On the basis of systematic researches the basic ways of introduction of modern methods, manners and matter of studies were certain in practice of teaching of foreign languages. Research results were inculcated at: at writing of textbook, proper train aids, methodological complex; leadthrough of scientific seminars on the issues of the day in relation to introduction of innovative methods, manners and matter of teaching of foreign languages; at writing of the articles and preparation of theses of lectures to the scientific conferences, seminars and others like that.
