Economic feasibility of use of sorbents on the basis of Tashki clay deposit is proved. The complex of bentonite (saponite) clay properties is investigated. Features of its structure, composition, basic physical and chemical and other properties are positioned, the estimation is yielded to their quality and features. Sorption properties of the natural, activated and modified clay in relation to heavy metals (to copper, nickel, a cobalt, chrome and manganese) and another ecotoxicant are studied. Physical-chemical laws of process of sorption of heavy metals and dyes by clay in static conditions are positioned. Initial data for development of technology of sewage treatment from heavy metals and others pollutions are obtained.
