Methodical approaches for inducrion of plant innate disease resistance by biotic and abiotic elicitors were developed. These elicitors were turned out effective in laboratory experiments. The biotic elicitor from mycelium of fungus Fusarium solani was isolated and purified. This elicitor was able to prevent a development of wheat root mould and tomato wilt. The elicitor did not inhibit the pathogens directly, but could induce non-specific plant disease resistance by activation their immunity potential. Genral principles for induction of phytoimmunity potential by biotic elicitors to diminish pesticides residual amounts in crops were formulated.
