The aim of the work is systematization and generalization of the gained experience in the field of development and service of AE instrumentation on the hardware and software levels and creation of an improved AE system designed for a broad range of tasks of AE testing, diagnostics and monitoring of critical industrial facilities. Degree of introduction: AE systems EMA-4 and GALS-1 have been optimized and software has been improved. The above AE systems have been tested in the operation mode on real welded structure. Further the instruments will be introduced in the field of power engineering and petrochemical industry, in particular, Odessa Port Plant.
