This work developed analitical and mathematical models of the firms strategic development on the basis of the realiuzation of the corporative conflict potential for the enterprises with a different level of the efficiency. This work presents the metodological approaches to the description of the model of the efficiency of the quality managament on the firt and suitable management activities. There had been methodologically determined the ptrinciples of the improving of the managament system of the evolution processes that take place in the economic systems and guaranteeing of their stability and safety on the basis of the expansion of the action directions of the managament vectors.
