The purpose of the research - to define prospects of integration of Ukraine in the international financial system; to develop the concept of development of a financial system of Ukraine in the conditions of financial globalisation; to develop and calculate the index of financial globalisation on the basisof which ways of stimulation of integration processes of Ukraine will be developed; to study consequences of the influence of financial globalisation on thedevelopment of a financial system of Ukraine. Methods of the research: systematic approach and complex analysis, analysis and synthesis, analogy, comparison, supervision, graphic interpretation, mathematic modelling of economic processes. Theoretical and practical results of the research were in development of the concept of the development of the financial system of Ukraine in the conditions of financial globalisation; development and calculation of an index of financial globalisation. Economic and social effects will be reached as a result of introduction of recommendations concerning effective development of the financial system of Ukraine and improvement of legislative, standard-legal base of development of integration processes of Ukraine to the international financial system that will promote in turn to achievement of financial stability, stimulate economic growth of Ukraine and, as a result, increase of well-being of the population. The scope of results is foreign trade activities of Ukraine.
