Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The aim of this work consists in the creation and development of computational tools in the form of algorithms and computer programs for working capacity forecasting (a resource of safe operation - safe life) of welded joints and welded assemblies of modern critical structures based on technical diagnostics on their state of the detected defects and the degree of change (degradation) of the main characteristics of the material, determining the resistance of the working load. The work was performed during the period May 2007 to December 2009 are scheduled accordingly three stages (for years). The main results of development of the first two stages are given in the reports for 2007 and 2008. This report shows the main results obtained on the third phase in 2009, as well as the abstract of the results of previous stages in the extended introduction.
