Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, mineralogy and Ore Formation popup.description2 The paper provides data on the performed investigations of metasomatic zoning, mineral composition, age and stable isotope ratios in minerals and rocks of the uranium deposits located in the Novoukrainka granite massif of the Ukrainian Shield. Metasomatic zoning, formed due to desilicification of granites around albitite bodies with formation of episyenite, is established. The most external zones are characterized by biotite chloritization and dissolution. Brannerite and uraninite are the major ore minerals in the ore bodies.
