Development of new methods of synthesis. popup.stage_title Head Tolkunov Sergey, Registration Date 22-03-2010 Organization The L.M.Litvinenko Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry popup.description2 The purpose of work - research of reactions tandem transformations of fused гидрированих nitrogen atom contained of heterocycles under action of activates alkynes. Methods of research - methods of organic synthesis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, X-ray crystal analysis. The methods of reduction of amides 3- benzofurylacetate and 3- benzothienylacetates leds to corresponding benzofuryl-3-ethylamines and benzothienyl-3-ethylamines are developed. The behaviour last in reaction Pictet-Spengler are investigated, that has resulted in synthesis 1,6-substituted tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-c]pyridines and tetrahydrobenzofuro[2,3-c]pyridines. The synthesis new 1,3,6-substituted tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-c]pyridines recyclization of pyrilium salts by action of primary amines with the subsequent reduction by sodium boron hydride. The reactions transformations of fused tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-c]pyridines under action of actives alkynes are investigated. It was shown that the reaction begins with connection of nitrogen atom to acetylene bond of alkynes and is general for such of heterocyclic systems. The prevalence of this or that channel of these transformations is determined by electronic properties of a heterocyclic fragment and assistants in pyridines. The results of work can be utilised in preparative of chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, for synthesis of biologically active compounds, for creation of new medicinal drugs.
