Research aim is to study structural and functional state of histohematic barrier of salivary glands on the background of vegetative misbalance at rhythmic hypothermal effects. It has been shown that the rats with different balance of vegetative regulation possess the peculiarities of structural and functional organization of the elements of hematosalivary barrier, which are statically and significantly revealed during pharmacological stimulation, stress and hypothermal effects using the index of fractal dimension and 3D architecture of salivary glands. Rhythmic hypothermal effects restore the impaired with sympatho-parasympathetic pharmacological loadings state of hematosalivary barrier. The application area is medicine.
