Subject of research - methods of the study of intrinsic motivation on the situational, situational-valued and subject-valued level and program of development of intrinsic motivation of young people. The aim - to develop a comprehensive method of study and application of intrinsic motivation. Research methods - Analysis of scientific literature, classification and generalizations, theoretical modeling survey, the technique kauzometriyi E.I. Golovakha, O.O. Kronik, elements of "Method of studying the dynamics of abilities" O.L .Musyka elements of fixed roles therapy by J. Kelly, psychological training, experiment. To process the results of the study used factor analysis, multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis methods and statistical test (Page's trend test). Statistical data processing was carried out using the program STATISTICA 6.0. The complex method of study covers all the intrinsic motivation level (situational, situational- valued and subject-valued level ) of intrinsic motivation, and enables you to explore each level essentially, the most deeply and widely. As the basis of this technique serve to: 1) an analysis of life personality and its application to the study of mathematical modeling procedures, 2) elements of "Method of studying the dynamics of abilities" O.L .Musyka, 3) selfdetermination theory of E. Disi, R. Ryan. The method allows analysis of various levels of intrinsic motivation, to understand the specifics of individual development of intrinsic motivation, identify problem points in its genesis and its development point of stimulation, and to make forecast behavior of a person in different situations. The technique allows not only to calculate indices of intrinsic motivation, but also build its mathematical models, which represent a holistic picture of the motivation of a personality. Based on studies using the developed technique, the "Program of development of intrinsic motivation", which can promote intrinsic motivation of the person as a situational and valued level of saturation due to life experience of individual events with a high internal motivation potential.
