The object of the research is structural-phase transformations at crystallisation of aluminum alloys. Architectural principles and circuit engineering solutions are developed being the basis for the architecture of the information and measurement system for carrying out of the research of a structural-phase state of metal by determination of electric characteristics in the crystallisation interval and making of reliable procedures of its interactive control. The mathematical model is developed to determine the share of metal solid phase in the crystallisation interval by the current value of specific electrical resistance of the explored sample, analytical dependence is gained of an error of a mathematical model on physical performances of a material. Experimental temperature dependences of electric properties of metals in a two-phase zone are retrieved, the statistical data are collected and compared to the cooling curves and the diagrammes of a phase state which displayed the adequacy of the suggested model and high sensitivity of the suggested method to structural changes in a melt. The sphere of use - metallurgy, metal science Product Description popup.authors Вінниченко Д.В. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
