Ovcharenko Institute of biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 Results of colloidal-chemical basics creation for development of technologies, such as technology of using silicate-carbonate-oxide (ferroxide) sediments (phaseoline mules) of Black Sea, which are of great importance in strategic materials obtaining (self-curing compositions as a base of building materials creation for hydrotechnical constructions), concentration technology, technology for purification and separation of phaseoline mules’ components are given in this Report. Scientific principles of using the phaseoline mules of Black Sea shelf in different branches of industry, incl. studied nanochemical transformations СаСО3, СаСl2 and Na2Si03 at the presence of NaCl and СО2 have been developed on model systems; theoretical model of the mentioned process has been submitted. Obtained data is used for separation of transformed coast sediments, consisted of silicates, ferric oxides, carbonates and different elements’ admixtures. Separation, purification and concentration methods for these sediments (depth of occurrence – up to 100m under the sea level) have been approved on existing object – poor ferric-oxide-manganese ore deposit (Kiz-Aul, Kerch peninsula). In collaboration with концерном ТОВ «Енерго» холдінгу ВАТ «Донецьсталь» металургійний завод» these methods have been patented, three Ukrainian patents have been obtained, project plans for building of ore-dressing and processing enterprise with capacity of 6 000 000 tons a year have been discussing.
