It was found that high-strength state is realized at all studied temperatures. The value of yield stress is 1.8 GPa at ambient temperature. Decrease of temperature from 300 to 4.2 K leads to increase of yield stress of the nanocomposites by 35-45 %, while plasticity is remained at the level of 15 %.
