Purpose of work is estimation of krymynogennoy situation in Ukraine in 2008-2009, determine basic tendencies of criminality during the noted period, factors which stipulate them, prognostication of the situation of criminality on subsequent years. Research methods: logic analysis of literary sources, statistical analysis, poll, systems analysis. Got results: the basic tendencies of criminality are certain in Ukraine in 2002-2009, state of previous conviction in Ukraine in 1993-2008; public opinion of students which study in higher educational establishments of Kiev, and workers of militia, in relation to the state of criminality in town and activity of militia on the fight against her; the prognosis of criminality is geared-up in Ukraine on the nearest years. Work of such maintenance is carried out in a country first. Material is used by guidance by MVD of Ukraine for estimation of krymynogennoy situation in the state and decision-making administrative proper.
