There was stated their diagnostic and prognostic importance in diagnostics for selection of the adequate method of treatment, restored the urine passage and to optimize the antirecurrent treatment of nephrolithiasis. There were improved the schemes of metaphylactic treatment, the usage of which allowed to decrease the number of nephrectome to 2,6,% and to low the incidence of recurrent lithogenesis in kidneys to the mean 5,2 % (to 6,45 % in 31 pathients with uratic, to 4,0 % in the 101 patients with oxalic, to 9,05 % in 21 patients with phosphoric recurrent nephrolithiasis).
