Research methods - statistical and economic analysis (for economic analysis of the enterprise's state and foreign trade tendencies); synthesis and grouping, financial-economic (for assessment of financial and economic state); market research (for examination of foreign trade flows and foreign markets). The investigated enterprise carries out foreign economic activity actively, an export folds anymore 60% volumes of realization of products. International economic activity influence economic results of the state forest enterprises. State enterprise "Brody forestry" received profits throughout the research period, though the efficiency of resource use was rather low; the level of liquidity, solvency and financial stability was inadequate. The assessment of export dynamics, commodity and geographical structures as well contract fulfillment on State enterprise "Brody forestry" revealed negative tendencies: irrational trade and geographical structures, high percentage of non-fulfillment of foreign contracts, low efficiency of export deliveries. For the improvement of assessment and analysis of international economic activity the methodic of dynamics and efficiency analysis was proposed concerning international economic operations. Considering the problems with products sales due to the decrease in demand as well as for more efficient activity on foreign markets we proposed the use of FORDAQ site, which not only allows to inform potential buyers about the enterprise and its products, but also receive data about the demand for products and their prices. The results of scientific research: allow identification of the whole set of factors influencing international economic activity. The recommendations enable the correct selection of the directions and ways of development for the enterprises as well as increase of international economic activity efficiency. Prognostic suggestions concerning the development of research object - selection of the most efficient (optimal) directions of extension and expansion of international economic activity.
