New approach to low energy containing binder systems has been suggested it is based on principles of composite construction of polycomponent cements, and includes analysis of their substance composition and content of main oxides with simultaneous usage of polyfunctional admixtures plasticizing and accelerating action. Regularities of formation of phase composition and microstructure of modified composite binders were set and physico-mechanical and building properties were investigated as well.
