The scientific basis of forming of territorial recreation systems is based on the self organization of economical systems and transformational processes. With the aim of deeper understanding of peculiarities of territorial recreation systems, widen format of conceptual apparatus, the methods and principals of territorial recreation systems of Chernivtsi region are determined, taking into consideration its geopolitical and geographical position. The conceptual basis of territorial and recreation systems and their further development foresee the action strategy and complex of ideas and principles, that give the complex imagination about the recreation systems and directed at the supply in the region and country in general, law, organizational and economical environment to form the modern recreation and touristic sphere. The methodology of forming and functioning of territorial recreation systems foresees the development of recreation and tourist sphere in the context of the strategy of the regional economical politics. The system of approaches, principals, indexes and methods of research and forecasting, substantiation of optimal solutions is formed. The methodical status of the recreation territories estimation is developed. 1.Aim of the research: determination of the theoretic basis and development of methodological approaches concerning forming of territorial recreation systems. 2.The object of the research is the processes of forming and functioning of territorial recreation systems. 3.The subject of the research is interaction and connection of such subsystems as recreants, natural and cultural complex, technical systems (material base of tourism and recreation infrastructure), management body; maintenance staff. Methods of research: Theoretical and methodological base of the research consists of: fundamental provisions and principals of economic theory, theory of market economy, developments of national and foreign scientists-economists concerning the issues of forming and functioning of recreation and tourist sphere, researches of research organizations concerning the activity of territorial recreation systems. The following research methods are used in work: The main scientific results are: The implementation of research work "Scientific and methodological bases of forming of territorial-recreational systems" allowed to achieve the following scientific results: 1.The scientific principles of forming of territorial recreation systems and factors of influence are determined. 2.The methodological provisions of recreation territories estimation are improved. 3. The conceptual base of territorial recreation system building is developed. 4. The methodology of calculation of the scale of tourist services rendered on the territory of the concrete region is developed. 5. The ways of optimization of activity of the tourist and recreation sphere enterprises are suggested. The practical value of the results of the research work: - Determination of the scientific principles of forming of territorial recreation systems will assist in keeping theoretical bases while creating the recreation system of Chernivtsi region. - During the estimation of recreation territories and territories of Chernivtsi region in general, methodological provisions of estimation, improved by the scientific and research work performers can be used. - The developed methodology of estimation of the scale of the given tourist services in the Chernivtsi region can be used by the authority bodies, nongovernmental organizations and business structures for determination of the tourism influence on the economical and social development of the separate territories or the region in general. - The developed conceptual bases of forming of territorial recreation systems will assist in effective usage of natural recreation resources, cultural and historic heritage, development of the general and special infrastructure, forming of tourist streams from the neighbouring countries and eastern regions of Ukraine, involvement of investments and innovation market of recreation and tourist sphere of the Chernivtsi oblast. - On the bases of scientific researches the proposals on improvement of work of tourist enterprises, creation of contemporary tourist products, increase of the influence of recreation and tourism sphere on the economics of the region are developed. The value of the results of scientific and research topic for the educational work: The results of the research are used in the process of teaching of such courses: "Organization of tourism", "Science of tourism", "Recreation geography", "Recreology", "Recreation complexes", "Organization of recreation tourism in the Carpathian region" in appropriate topics. The calculations of the scale of the given tourist services by the developed methodology is conducted at the practical and seminar classes. In the virtual touristic enterprise ChTEI-tour students analyze the activity of the territorial recreation system and form the elements of system (subsystem). In the scientific work the results of the scientific and research work execution are used as the bases for the further researches and more detailed theoretical and practical elaboration.
