Dependence between phase composition, microstructure and treatment conditions have been investigated. Treatment conditions for obtaining by ball milling powders of КС25 alloy in planetary mill in hydrogen atmosphere which can be textured have been found: frequency are 100...400 rpm, treatment time equal 20...60 min, texture parameters are 0.010...0.044. The powder of alloy disproportionated to SmH2 and FeCo in the temperature range from 700...950 °С and under hydrogen pressure 1.5...3,0 MPa. Full recombination of the disproportionated products in a vacuum (~0.02 Pa) occurs at 770...950 °С. After conventional HDDR process crystallites size were 100...300 nm and 70...140 nm after solid HDDR.
