It was proved that E.coli (uropathogenic serotypes О2, О4, О6, О9) caused a pyelonephritis in 87,2 %, it was dissotiation between a range bacteriuria and frequency of bacterium with antibodies (83,3 %) and disturbens of activity cytocines and immunoglobulines.
