Aim: to elaborate differentiated methods of cervical cancer prophylaxis based on the incidence of different HPV kinds in various social groups and on the basis of endocrine, immunological and microbiological investigations and breast examination. Methods: epidemiologic, clinical-statistical, immune fluorescence , immunologic, colposcopic, cytomorphologic. Devices: counter "Гама-12", US-scan ANSER-485, immune fluorescence analyzer MSR -1000, cytofluoromtre FACScan, Scanner colposcopy device, microscope. Results: 956 teenage girls and young women were questionnaired, 394 of them examined and consecutively divided into 2 groups. Main group included 314 patients infected with HPV; control group included 80 healthy age matched girls with no infection. The scientific novelty of the paper is presented by in-depth hormonal and immunologic examination results. It was the first attempt to evaluate local and systemic immunologic changes depending on the level of cervical lesions. The results of the research showed that teenage girls and young women with pelvic inflammatory diseases and hormonal imbalance due to high cortisol and estrogen levels have the greatest chances of HPV persistence. This substantiates the necessity of HPV screening and application of complex therapy to this risk group. The results of the study were published in 8 articles, 2 abstracts, 1 patent , presented in 14 speeches, recommendations are being reviewed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
