Methods of researches - the standard methods of microbiological, agrochemical, biochemical researches and field experiment methods. As a result conducted researches are established that insecticides: Cruiser 350 FS, Nuprid 600, the Semaphore 20 ST and fungicides: Maxim XL 035 FS, Previkur 607 SL don't show negative influence on development of cells of bacteria P. polymyxa КВ, Achr. album 1122 (a method of paper disks). But, insecticide Cosmos 250 shows bacteriostatic action on cells P. polymyxa КВ and bactericidal action on cells Achr. album 1122. Behind a method Zibalsky on gradient agar (in the range from 0 g/l to 1 g/l) operating substances insecticides: Cosmos 250, Kruizer 350 FS, Nuprid 600, the Semaphore 20 ST and fungicides: Maxim XL 035 FS, Previkur 607 SL do not show negative action on growth of bacteria P. polymyxa КВ and Achr. album 1122. It is revealed that cells of bacteria P. polymyxa КВ show natural resistance in suspension insecticides: Cosmos 250, Kruizer 350 FS, Nuprid 600, the Semaphore 20 ST and fungicides: Maxim XL 035 FS, Previkur 607 SL. Resistance of bacteria Achr. album 1122 revealed also to investigated protectants behind an exception insecticide Cosmos 250. It is investigated that at simultaneous bacterization with treatment seeds of a sugar beet insecticides: Cosmos 250, Kruizer 350 FS, Nuprid 600, the Semaphore 20 ST and fungicides: Maxim XL 035 FS, 607 SL is observed by Previkur increase of energy of its germination from 37,5 % to 61,0 % and germinability from 77,5 % to 89,0 %. Easing of phytotoxic action protectants on seeds of a sugar beet under the influence of bacterization is noted. Ability of bacteria P. polymyxa КВ and Achr. album 1122 is established to keep viability on a surface of seeds of a sugar beet (it is optimum - 3 months) that allows to spend beforehand joint bacterization and treatment at seed factories. In the conditions of a microfield experiment with a sugar beet it is established get accustomed of inoculant in rhizosphere of plants in the conditions of pesticidal loading. It is investigated that in a root zone of a sugar beet the maintenance of mobile phosphorus decreases under action phosphatemobilizing bacteria with 0,15 P2O5 mg/dm3 of a solution to 0,08 P2O5 solution mg/dm3 in comparison with a control variant. It testifies to intensive mastering of mobile phosphorus by plants.
