The article of research is development of psychological firmness for the workers of militia to professional stresses. Research purpose - on the basis of study of features of activity of workers of government service of fight against the economic crimes of MVD of Ukraine to develop methodical recommendations in relation to development of psychological firmness for the workers of militia to professional stresses. Research methods: theoretical search with the purpose of analysis, comparison, classification and systematization and generalization of theoretical and experimental information; empiric: conversations, questioning with the purpose of receipt of research results; observation with the purpose of providing supervisions, introspections; prognosticheskie, in particular expert estimations; praksimetricheskie with the purpose of analysis of experimental data. Operativno-razysknuyu activity in an economic sphere was always distinguished by the actions of enhanceable risky character. Protracted influence of stressogennykh factors, presence of permanent threat for life, high probability of death or wound, traumatism pull out rigorisms not only to the level of professional preparedness but also to psychological qualities of personality which stipulates psychological readiness to activity in extreme terms. In methodical recommendations features, kinds and consequences of professional stresses, are lighted up for the workers of organs of internal affairs. Modern directions of development psychological firmness are offered for the operative employees of government service of fight against the economic crimes of MVD of Ukraine.
