We have studied experimentally spectra of the following molecules: glycerol (CH2OHCHOHCH2OH), 1,3-propandiol (CH2OHCH2CH2OH), furfural (C4H3OCHO), methylamine (CH3NH2), acetic acid (CH3COOH), 13С2 methylformate (HCOO13CH3), 2-methylmalonaldehyde (HO-CH=C(CH3)-CH=O), 5-methyltropolone (CH3C7H4OOH), toluene (CH3C6H5), benzotrifluoride (CF3C6H5), 2-butynoic acid (CH3-CєC-COOH). The theoretical approach to analysis of the spectra of molecules that possess six-fold barrier to internal rotation of C3v top has been developed and implemented as a computer code. Rotational spectra of 5-methyltropolone and 2-butynoic acid molecules have been studied for the first time. The results of 13С2 methylformate (HCOO13CH3) spectrum investigation gave an opportunity to detect for the first time this isotopomer in interstellar medium, namely in the Orion molecular cloud. The researches of physical properties of Earth's atmospheres and Sun at millimeter (MM) wavelength range are carried out with the purpose of development of existing physical performances concerning their dynamics and composition, as well as concerning a problem of solar - earth links. The program of researches included search of correlation links between fluxes of solar radiation both changes of parameters and composition of a Earth's atmosphere. The control of solar radiation and physical processes on a surface of the Sun was carried out at MM range with usage of the radio telescope RТ-2 (IRA NASU), observational data on a radio telescope Metsahovi (Finland), satellite Інтернет-data for more short-wave ranges and terrestrial weather data. As a result: the theoretical models which feature atmospheric radiation at MM range are tested; the new experimental data about parameters of solar radiation and about their influence to a composition and parameters of Earth's atmosphere are obtained; the ratings of influence of microclimatic effects on a feature of global and regional radio propagation are obtained, the new concepts of build-up of perspective front-end units of small noised receivers of MM and subMM range were designed and checked.
