The object of research have been the philosophically-methodological judgements of development of higher education in Ukraine in a context of global society. The aim of research has been the detection of valuable-world importance, theoretically-conceptual structure and methodological potential of cash in domestic higher education of paradigms of development of national higher education. The limits and possibilities of use of the system approach in formation philosophy have been investigated, the criteria of identification of research paradigms of conceptual bases of development in system of higher education in Ukraine have been specified, the valuable-world introduction of the basic paradigms in structural transformation system of higher education in Ukraine have been found out, the difference in the results of use of cash paradigms concerning the purpose, the rate, the depth and the basic directions of structural transformation system of higher education in Ukraine have been defined, the cognitive and methodological possibilities of research of the basic paradigms of development of national higher education have been proved, the prospects of their coexistence and the lines of their conceptual, valuable compatibility in a globalization context have been outlined.
