Research subject - the life task setting as a precondition for individual's self-realization. Research goal is the determination of the influence of life tasks on individual's self-realization. Research methods: theoretical analysis, generalizations, model design, biographical method, narrative analysis, half-structured interview, the research methodic of the level of subjectivity of individual's self-orientation in the range of the life tasks, the projective test of unfinished sentences "Actual adaptational settings", psycho-consulting conversations (talks), individual and group psycho-therapeutical methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the gathered data by using SPSS, synthesis of interpretative models. The logic of individual's self-realization with respect to prognosis and planning of individual life and filling up its every stage with sense is researched; the new understanding of the individual's nature as a narration is proposed. In frames of this nature generates a story which constructs narrator as well as his life; the socio-psychological nature of life tasks as a synthesis of time and sense characteristics of individual perspective is determined; the dialogue model of a life task as an exterior mechanism of individual's life-structuring is developed; the mechanisms of individual's self-realization are operationalized based on the factors of social self-feeling as a source of self-placement in social space which is transformed into the configuration of life plans and strategies of self-realization; approbated and standardized the questionnaire of the research on individual's life tasks; the strategy of optimization of individual's self-realization in professional, family, and other spheres is proposed.
