Aim of researches is working out of principles of ecologically safe, adapted for concrete natural and territorial conditions, differentiated application of energy savings in meadow cultivation and introduction on their basis of nature protection technologies of creation on degenerate meadows of resistant, power-intensive, highly productive biogeocenosis with their subsequent involving in farm-production. Methods of research: method of hypotheses, dialectic method, synthesis, analysis, induction, mathematic-statistical method. Novelty of research is in substitution of power-intensive anthropogenic non-renewable resources in meadow cultivation by biological factors and renewable internal economic resources aimed at decrease of aggregate power inputs in technologies and increase of their availability for practical application. Researches develop a new method of productivity increase of perennial phytocenosis, including complex surface application of the basic phosphoric and potassium fertilizers in herbages, leaf nutrition during vegetation by complex water-soluble fertilizers and seed bacterization of the legume component of legume-grass mixtures by specific active microbal preparations that substantially raises productivity of haying legume-grass mixtures from 6,0-7,5 to 8,4-10,8 t/ha of dry matter and provides energy output rise of the fodder area from 140-150 to 180-195 GJ/ha. Production control of research has shown that in cultivation of haying phytocenosis which included alfalfa, smooth brome, fescue meadow, inoculation of alfalfa seeds and surface application of Р60К90 and leaf nutrition by Cristalon especial (4 kg/ha) have positive effect on the formation of plant aggregation and allows to increase its productivity substantially to the level of 11 t/ha of dry matter. Field of application: scientific and theoretical researches will be used by scientists-agronomists, and practical results will be introduced at the agricultural enterprises of various ownership forms.
