A method for calculating the TGA under the necessary work conditions, taking into account structural and operational parameters of the unit and the characteristics of the working environment, has been worked out. An experimental design of TGA-homogenizer for milk and cheese manufacturing technologies have been developed and implemented. A physical modeling of the work process of the hydrodynamic separator for the joint work with the heat generating unit - hydraulic grinder has been created. The usefulness of this technical system for the preparation of grain mixing in a distillery has been proved. There was proposed a construction diagram of the modernized flow-through part of the unit. The usefulness of TGA-homogenizers for the food and paint technologies, as well as for heating and hot water supply has been proved.
