The block scheme of the informational-measurement system is developed for the dynamic monitoring of the trunk pipelines. The analysis of the new method for the determination of polarization potential by the measurement of direct and alternating voltages is carried out. The circuits of analog channels and digital part are developed for the model of computerized device for the four-component measurement and determination of polarization potential of metal surface in electroconductive medium.
