The purpose of work was to carry out the complex estimation of the state of cultural heritage in our state, creations of pre-conditions for balancing of interests of society and sphere of guard of cultural heritage, socio-economic development and state of monuments, determination of problem of sphere and their ways of decision. During implementation of this work collection, analysis and systematization of information, statistical analysis of material, systematization and analysis of the got results, was carried out. A research job performance is an analysis of state policy in the sphere of guard of cultural heritage, efficiency of management in sphere of guard of cultural heritage, certainly basic priority directions of development of sphere of guard of cultural heritage.
