Experimental and theoretical results of investigations have became the basis of tailored synthesis of novel non-toxic oligoelectrolyte carriers of physiologically active substances and nucleic acids and water-systems of targeted drug and transfection agents delivery. Results of testing have shown that such carriers can compete with synthetic carriers, that are used nowadays in biotechnology and medicine.
