In accordance with SSTU 3575-97 (3.1.1), patent research is systemic scientific analysis of the properties of an object of economical activity throughout its lifetime, which properties arise from legal protection of objects of economical objects. The objective of patent research is the determination of the patent situation referring to an object of economical activity. Four patent and market researches were conducted and four reports on the patent researches over the reporting period were made in accordance with the requirements stated in SSTU 3575-97. It was established that all objects of economical activity were competitive in comparison with foreign analogs. The reports on the patent researches were affirmed by the vice-directors of the Institute for Vine and Wine "Magarach". The materials found in the reports are used in developing documents connected with the activity of a subject of economical activity, including the formation of patent forms in accordance with SSTU 3575-97.
