The characteristic features of thermodynamics properties under the condition of coexistence between CDWs and superconductivity with a d-wave order parameter have been taken into account. An explanation to the nature of dip-hump structure and pseudogap phenomena in tunnel spectra of high-temperature superconductors has been given, and the theory of those spectra making allowance for the spatial inhomogeneity of CDW superconductor parameters has been developed.
