Goal is to develop inventories and establishment of a regional Red List of Prydniprovia fauna under intensive anthropogenic pressure in the steppe industrial region, estimation of the parameters of industrial exploitation of animal resources. Research methods are: field methods of investigation of animal's biodiversity, general biological methods of measurements and statistical processing of material. Results - the definition of species of animals in the region and the various ecosystems of natural and anthropogenic origin and the assessment of the quantity of the major background species, functional groups, their numbers and trends in the quantity changes; establishment of modern conservation status and trends of change of its features on a background of world, European and national state; the functional significance of background species in the main biogeocenotic processes, making recommendations; creating a modern regional Red List of animals Outcomes - for the first time it was proved that no direct proportional dependence between the number of representatives of Pisces, Amphibia, Reptilia, Mammalian classes and their belonging to the areas of special protection. Efficiency - the scientific developments will give approximate economic effect about 1 million UAH. Environmental effect is optimizing the process of sustainability of ecosystems of Pridneprovya. Social impact is to improve the habitat of population. Overall for the period of research 38 scientific and biological studies, acts of implementation. Benefits and competitive developments are in the adoption of conservation measures to process and use of animal resources, which takes into account not only negative, but also positive environmental effects of certain types of transformational impact and industrial loads. In foreign and Ukrainian practice to date has been distributed approach to regulation of industrial activities in ecosystems based solely on the prohibitive measures and calculations of losses from negative transformative impact of human activity.
