The methods and parameters were computed for 50 -400 heads for 185& 3100, 310& 2450 beef production yearly. The basal economic parameters and standards were elaborated as to the expenditures during the large-scale farm formation in the economic-proficient zones of Ukraine. The farms are destined for 1000 young bull heads. The 20-30 old-aged bulls were bought with 50 kg per head. Later the bulls were fed and grown for slaughter up to 450 kg. the young bulls average-daily gain (ADG) forms 600-1000g. The technological procedures were validated for Charole reproductive capacity on the basis of differentiated full-value feeding, systemic condition and the first insemination terms.
