The purpose of work is development of theoretical and methodological bases, methodical recommendations and науково-практичних suggestions, from forming and realization of mechanism of transfer of technologies on the industrial enterprises of the Kharkiv region. In the process of research scientific methods were used: approach of the systems, information theory, - at the analysis of category vehicle, modern systems of cost estimation of OIV; expert estimations - for determination of specific gravity of indexes of estimation of factors of influence on the level of profitableness of technologies; methods of analysis and synthesis, intersystem approach, supervision, comparison, generalization, abstracting and formalization, - for the ground of positions of cost estimation of technologies, at development of organizational mechanisms of commercialization of technologies. As a result of implementation of NDR the concept vehicle of modern economy of technological innovations is developed and improved; grounded and investigational constituents organizationally economic to the mechanism of transfer of technologies; scientific conception of cost estimation of intellectual innovations is offered; suggestions are developed in relation to forming of organizational mechanism of realization of processes of transfer of technologies and commercialization of objects of intellectual property; general conception is formed organizationally economic to the mechanism of transfer of intellectual technological innovations on enterprises and in establishments. The value of the conducted research consists in drawing on the got results for creation of new and reorganization of uneffective mechanisms of transfer of technologies in Ukraine.
