The purpose of work is to create methods, models, and information technologies for the support of involving the stakeholders into the software process to give them an opportunities to assess the perceived quality characteristics of the software under development into its usage contexts. The methods of research are composing multi-criteria quality spaces, multiple criteria optimization and multiple criteria decision making techniques, measurement theory, user interaction techniques, social research techniques, simulation modeling. The research is devoted to the development of methods, models and information technologies for the stakeholder interaction in a quality-driven software process. The problem of organizing of stakeholder interactions to assess proposed quality characteristics, form these characteristing using simulations, organizing assessments for particular software services, integration of such assessment into the usage context of the system under development, using these assessments to drive the software process. The proposed approach allows to organize stakeholder involvements into the software process to assess the qualities of the prospective system and to use the results of this assessment to drive this process. The research results are used in teaching the students (lectures, laboratory assignments, course and diploma projects); in scientific research (publishing in the research papers, presentations in the Ukrainian and foreign scientific conferences); in practical work as the set of guidelines for stakeholder involvement into the software process.
