A purpose of work is creation of high-performance sort of gladiolus hybrid, suitable for planting of greenery and cut. The methods of researches include artificial hybridization, receipt and occupied hybrid seed, estimation of standards on the stages of selection. The novelty of researches consists in creation of high-decorative sort with long inflorescence which consists of 22 - 25 flowers, with a generous amount simultaneously of open and flowers of the bright clean colouring, beautiful form with the corrugated fates of perianth.
