Purpose of research - obtain high-effective strains bioagents of microbial preparations, study their interactions with plants and fungi in agriculture plants' root zone. Make up on their base microbial preparations for proving plants' nutrition and protection from pests and disease agents. The methods of investigations were: agrochemical, microbiological, physiological, phytopathology and mathematic statistics. The new effective strains of entomopathogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis are obtained. On the base of Cladosporium sp. 249 was made up new high effective microbial preparation Cladostim. It was proved the feasibility of Hetomyk and Cladostim using as effective remedies from root diseases of spring wheat and potato and for promoting their harvest.
