M.I.Sitenko popup.description2 Target of research is a dystrophic process in the knee-joint of animals (rats) and gonarthrosis patients of the second stage influenced by the conjunctive use of laser irradiance and drug therapy. Work objective is to develop a method of conjunctive use of infrared laser irradiance and drug therapy (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and chondromodulator medications) on the basis of experimental osteoarthrosis modulation. Research methods are clinical, biochemical, pharmacokinetic and pathohistomorphological methods. Taking into account some experimental findings there has been developed a therapy method for patients with dystrophic diseases. There has been proved that using low-frequency infrared laser irradiance at the start of the treatment session and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as well as chondroprotectors in the course of 30-40 minutes after the start is an optimal treatment method layout for patients with osteoarthrosis disease. The undertaken study has proved the high efficiency of the suggested method.
