Objective of research: studying of the is intense-deformed condition of an earth's crust. Investigative techniques and the equipment: X-ray research of phase composition, a texture and the stress-strain state; measurement of microhardness according to Vikkers; determination of the size of grains by means of a microscope MIM-6; study of structure of an earth's crust based on the data set of speeds of seismic waves; X-ray device DRON-3М; the equipment of own development to find the adiabatic Young's modulus; the equipment from the Institute of problems of strength National Academy of Science of Ukraine, to find the mechanical properties; receiver of seismic waves GURALP-40Т, receiver of seismic waves of own development. Theoretical and practical results: the model of forecasting of earthquakes which is based on the concept of Japanese geophysics Kasaxara is developed. It is created the receiver of seismic waves which will transform the mechanical vibrations in electric by means of the optical unit executed on the basis of an optical holographic element. 150 seismic events from 3 up to 7 balls on the Richter scale from February 2008 till April, 2009 are registered. Novelty: it is created the receiver of seismic waves which surpasses existing analogues on a parity a signal-noise; elastic properties and the stress state of an earth's crust of Antarctica are investigated; the Kasaxara' concept is developed by the account of effect of a texture. Efficiency of introduction: results of researches are used in a special course "Earthquakes and prospects of their forecasting" for the master degrees students in physics. On subject matter of the project are devoted two bachelor and three master investigations. The study on the corresponding candidate thesis is started.
