Hypoxia loading prevented gipoinsulinemiya, an increase of glycosylated proteins level in blood and a decrease of stable metabolites of nitric oxide levels in blood and tissues of the aorta and heart in adult rats. Introduction to the diet of animals drug "Korargin" (contains 0,1 g Riboxin and 0,1 g of L-arginine) has provided vasoprotective effect only in older animals and had no effect on adult.
