Different concentrations of this detergents (from 0,1 mg/l to 10,0 mg/l) are tested as in previous experiments, when we study influence of the anion-active PAS, that is necessary for conducting of comparative analysis. Wide spectrum of the changes in the ultrastructural organization of the different cellular kompartments depending on detergent concentration was shown. Different structural changes first of all in the nucleus under influence of the nonionogenic surfactants even its low concentrations (1,0 mg/l) were established. It was not characteristic for the cells of this alga under action of the anion and cation-active PAS. Clear dependence in ultrastructural changes of the cellular organelles in dependence of PAS concentration and duration of their influence on algae cells was noted. The data about changes in the ultrastructural organization of the algae cells under action of PAS as important altering factor of anthropogenic pollution and high level of their toxicity to the living organisms including to the aqueous ones were established. Uses of a cytological method for analysis of the ultrastructural state of the algae cells are sufficiently important for developing the nature-conservation measures.
